Officer Bios

Hi delegates, and welcome to MUN! My name is Sophia Labazzo and I am a Senior at Scotch-Plains Fanwood High School! I will be chairing for World Health Organization (WHO) during the 2025 MUN Conference. At school, I am heavily involved in many healthcare and community service clubs (and of course, Model UN), and I also play Lacrosse. My favorite subjects/classes at school are Biology and English—but I’m a bit bias towards our Wellness class because we get to do morning yoga. Outside of school, I serve my community as a certified and licensed Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)! In my free time, I enjoy making very specific Spotify playlists, attending concerts, doing pilates, and binging my favorite movies and TV shows! At next years conference, I hope that you all will take the memories and lessons learned in conference to prosper in your own passions, achieving your goals and growing as an individual. Though we will only be together for 3 short days, I encourage you to utilize the opportunities at your disposal to help you succeed and make the most out of the thrilling weekend we will experience.
